   This is our recommended house for those who loves a view. The Edogawa flows right in front, and beyond the river, Mt. Fuji and Skytree in the clear early morning and at the sunsets are really something.  Perhaps even better than the view, though, is the outside deck, which is simply great for housemates who enjoy a good BBQ or just like to stretch out under the midnight sky.
   This house is rather unique in that it is perched on the top two floors of a 5-story building, which helps explain why the view is so great. Inside the house, there are 6 private bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor (4F), with the other 5 on the second floor (5F). All tenants share a spacious kitchen/living room, 2 toilets and shower rooms. As for all the amenities offered, they are listed below for your convenience.
     A large supermarket is 2 minutes away, right across from the Konodai Station on the Keisei Line. The JR Sobu line is about 5 minutes by bicycle, where you will find more supermarkets, restaurants of all sorts, lots of bars, and a fantastic view of the city from a free observatory tower right next to the station. Short term rental is also available from minimum 1 month.
